The numbers that matter, with the context that makes them mean something

A KPI on its own is a number. A KPI next to last week, the genetic standard and the peer average is a decision.

  • Production and mortality

    Hen-day and hen-housed production, weekly and cumulative mortality, with the week-over-week change.

  • Egg, feed and water

    Average egg weight, egg case weight, feed intake, feed per dozen, water intake and body weight.

  • Environment

    Minimum and maximum barn temperature and the lighting programme, overlaid against performance.

  • Data freshness

    Which weeks are missing, when you last uploaded, and what is waiting on you.

Use the Devenish template

A versioned workbook with the units in every column header, dropdowns for strain and housing, and built-in plausibility ranges so mistakes get caught before you upload.

Keep your own spreadsheet

If you have a tracker that works, we map it once. After that it uploads like the official template — and the mapping is versioned, so old imports stay explainable.

Type it in

Guided weekly entry with last week’s values beside each field, a copy-previous-week shortcut, and drafts you can come back to.
